Our Story & Mission 🎯
368jl Casino was founded with a singular mission: to create the ultimate online gaming destination specifically for Filipino players. Our founders, themselves passionate gamers from Manila, recognized that existing online casinos treated Philippine users as an afterthought—offering poor payment integration with local banks, no Tagalog support, games that didn't resonate with Filipino preferences, and withdrawal processes that took days instead of minutes. They envisioned something better: a Black Diamond VIP platform where every feature, from GCash integration to 24/7 Filipino customer support, was designed from the ground up for the Philippine market. What started as a bold vision has grown into the most trusted name in Filipino online gaming, serving thousands of satisfied members across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Foundation & Vision
368jl Casino was established by a team of gaming industry veterans and Filipino technology entrepreneurs who saw the gap in the market for a truly localized online casino. After months of market research across Manila, Cebu, and Davao, they identified the key pain points Filipino players faced with existing platforms: slow withdrawals, poor mobile optimization, no GCash support, and customer service that didn't understand local needs. The founding team committed to solving every one of these problems.
Launch & Rapid Growth
368jl Casino officially launched to the Filipino market with a revolutionary proposition: instant GCash deposits and withdrawals, mobile-first design optimized for Philippine network speeds, 24/7 Tagalog and English support, and partnerships with top gaming providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and PG Soft. Word spread quickly through gaming communities in Metro Manila and beyond. Within the first six months, thousands of Filipino players registered, attracted by the seamless user experience and genuine commitment to local needs.
VIP Program & Community Building
Recognizing that loyal Filipino players deserved premium treatment, 368jl launched the Black Diamond VIP program with industry-leading cashback rates up to 1.2%, personal account managers for top tiers, exclusive tournaments with prize pools exceeding ₱500,000, and invitation-only events. The program's success exceeded all expectations, with VIP members reporting unprecedented satisfaction levels. 368jl also established a vibrant community through social media channels where Filipino players share big wins, strategies, and gaming experiences.
Continued Innovation & Expansion
Today, 368jl Casino stands as the Philippines' most trusted online gaming platform, continuously innovating to serve Filipino players better. Recent additions include expanded sports betting covering PBA, NBA, UFC, and sabong; new payment options including Maya and QR Ph; enhanced mobile app features; and partnerships with Filipino influencers and sports personalities. Looking ahead, 368jl remains committed to its founding mission: providing Filipino players with the world-class gaming experience they deserve, backed by local expertise, instant transactions, and VIP treatment as standard.

Our Core Values ⭐
🎯 Filipino-First Philosophy
Every decision at 368jl starts with one question: "How does this serve Filipino players better?" From payment integrations to customer support hiring to game selection, we prioritize the Philippine market above all else. This isn't marketing rhetoric—it's embedded in our company DNA.
💡 Transparency & Fairness
We publish game RTPs, display payout percentages, explain bonus terms clearly, and operate with complete transparency. All games use certified random number generators. We never manipulate outcomes. Filipino players deserve honest gaming, and 368jl delivers it without compromise.
🚀 Continuous Innovation
The online gaming industry evolves rapidly, and 368jl leads rather than follows. We continuously invest in new payment methods, mobile optimization, game partnerships, security enhancements, and features that improve the Filipino player experience. Innovation is a core value, not an afterthought.
🤝 Player-Centric Service
Filipino players are the heart of 368jl Casino. Our VIP program, responsive support team, fast withdrawals, and generous promotions all reflect a genuine commitment to player satisfaction. We measure success not just by profits but by how well we serve our community.
🛡️ Responsible Gaming
368jl promotes healthy gaming habits through deposit limits, session reminders, self-exclusion tools, and transparent information about risks. We provide resources for Filipino players who need support and take our responsibility as a gaming operator seriously.
💎 VIP Treatment for All
At 368jl, every player receives VIP-level service regardless of bet size. Whether you're a casual player spinning ₱10 slots or a high-roller wagering six figures, you get the same fast withdrawals, attentive support, and respect. Everyone matters.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming 🔞
While 368jl Casino provides entertainment and the thrill of potential wins, we recognize that gambling carries risks. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Our platform includes comprehensive tools to help you maintain healthy gaming habits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending; activate session time reminders that alert you after preset durations; access detailed gaming history showing every transaction; and utilize self-exclusion options ranging from temporary cool-down periods to permanent account closure. We require all members to be 21 years or older—the legal gambling age in the Philippines—and verify ages during registration. If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, our support team can discuss options and connect you with resources. Remember that casino games are designed for entertainment with a cost, never as income sources. The house edge means casinos win over time, so set budgets you can afford to lose and never chase losses. 368jl provides the platform and responsible gaming tools; healthy use is your responsibility. Play smart, play safe, and know when to stop.
